Sunset Bay: Summer 2.1

Welcome to Year 2 of Sunset Bay! With the power back on and business open everyone is allowed to move out of those small ass apartments. I spent a god awful amount of time on Care makeover. She looks so beautiful. 

With a big open kitchen now, Claudia starts cooking gourmet meals so she can max that out as well. 

Care is upstairs tending to their daughter Elizabeth!

She has her infant birthday and gains the wiggly trait. 

After everything was said and done, even with the loan, the family had 48 dollars to their name left. Care does some foraging and finds 1 thing that pushes them over the edge to 50 so Claudia can paint. 

She then dies from rage... AFTER I SPENT ALMOST AN HOUR ON HER MAKEOVER. 

Claudia is blissfully inside painting another masterpiece. It was 1200 dollars

Back outside after she died Grim gave her the option to come back as a playable ghost and I took it!

She is still gorgeous and I love her. 

Claudia is also very happy that she didn't lose her wife. 

Claudia makes friends with Grim and then checks on her daughter. She was sleeping soundly in her crib upstairs. 

Sofia alert, is she pregnant!

I send Care out to investigate and still wasn't sure but there go her possible baby daddy right there

Anyway, these two reconnect a bit after Care accident. 

For some reason Care has a horrible rep so she was offered a job in criminal but she couldn't take it because there is only one opening. 

... Back in my day we would call this a butterball. Anyway.. 

Ghost come with cool new powers so I have the pair test it out. 

Care is such a great mother, I hardly have to tell her what to do before she is just doing it. 

Claudia is back to cooking this time a fruit cake that she actually likes. 

These two try their best to do everything together or at least be in the same area and it is so cute. Im glad I listen to my sim instead of forcing her with Sueli. 

A little tummy time action for the mini me of Care. The only thing she got from Claudia was the black hair, damn. 

I cannot relay enough how much I love this family. It is always so peaceful unlike my Busch-Avila household. 

Tom walked by and I did have Claudia greet him but he was in a rush and left before we could make real progress. The curse of no animals strikes again. 

Claudia does meet a cat though but was again unsuccessful in adoption. 

Whenever I go check on Care she is taking care of Elizabeth. 

Why... She is obviously in a relationship and just had a baby. Creepy Andrew strikes again. 

Claudia gets a promotion which is much needed for this family after buying this house. 

Mia stops by and she still has that skin condition.. I wonder what that is from. 

Claudia gets the most basic Mastery Perk but that's okay. 

Little infant Elizabeth has her birthday and is Inquisitive. 

Told ya, she looks exactly like Care but with black hair

Care teaches her how to potty 

Before she goes and messes in the toilet. 

I literally just boohoo'd cried because my son will be 10 soon and this makes me miss when he was a wee baby. 

With her newest promotion Claudia needed another mixology skill point. It took her an hour to get that at most. 

This actually surprised me, they are friends with a full meter bar but never has anything remotely romantic ever happen between them AND she is the best friend of Care.. Yikes. 

Early morning on the last day of Summer for the Ways' Claudia pops into pregnancy. A second baby is on the way. 

She of course tells Care who is much more excited this time then she was last. 

Sueli stops by with a present though I cannot remember what she gave Care. 

Sue then went downstairs to talk to Claudia about her moving in. Girl hell no, you made your bed. Lie in it. 

And Summer ends on a positive note with Claudia getting another promotion. I believe this gets her half way done with the career!

With that we leave the Way household and get ready to descend to chaos
