Rise and Shine - 1.2

 

It had been 2 years and 6 months since Tyler had gotten back for the last time. It took some time to repair his relationship not only with his wife but also with his kids. He hadn't realized how much that assignment had changed him. 

The couple gathers around to celebrate the twins birthday. 

Jami, still beautiful as ever, grew up.

Leo did as well. They were both 5 years old now and would be starting school in the fall. 

Both of the children were outgoing but Leo was always making friends. 

Now that his kids were older Tyler let them help with gardening. It was a good skill to learn and he knew it would help them in the long run, especially with how rations were going. 

Leo wasn't one for the outdoors though and could often be found taking after his mother in hobbies. He enjoyed painting and reading books on lots of subjects. The couple thought about sending him to private school but when he was older. 

Tyler went through a lot of therapy to become a better person and his relationship was doing so much better for it. He and his wife were like a couple of teenagers and it often grossed his children out. 

5 years since the twins became children and much to late in life for Pam, she and her husband got pregnant again. It was clearly by mistake but neither of them were upset about it. They were doing well in all aspects of their life and couldn't see how bringing a baby into the home was going to hurt. 

Late in the evening Leo finds his way out of bed to see his mom making herself a late night snack, he slides in a seat just as she is finishing making her plate. 

'What are you doing up love bug?' Pam asks her sweet boy.

'I don't know, I think I went to bed too early and now I am no longer tired."

"Would you like some soup?"

"I would love some!" Pam sets down the soup in front of Leo while she goes back to make herself a plate. 

'Mommy, will you still love me when the new baby arrives?'

'Of course I will sweetie. I will always love you and a new baby wont change that, just like your twin sister didn't change that.'

After that the two continued eating their soup.

Leo continued to think about him and his moms conversation in his head but that was interrupted when he heard his mom screaming in the house. 

Scared Leo runs inside to find his mom in active labor. His dad was at work and his sister was at a friends house. His mom gives him the directions to call the midwife but that took a good 30 minutes as she was screaming a lot. 

Before too long Heather Ray was born to the family and everything felt complete. 

Time never slowed and way to fast the twins were finally 13. Jami looked over at her twin and smiled.

'You ready for this?'

'More ready than you!' The pair giggled before blowing their candles out. 

Leo grew up into a pleasure sim who liked men with money and red hair but were terrible dancers. He is an Artist/Progressive/Pro Government. He wants to follow in his fathers footsteps and join the military

Jami, still the beauty grows up next. 

She is a family sim who likes charismatic and artist women who weren't poor. Understandable. 

She is Neat/Friendly/Greedy and she too wants to follow in her fathers footsteps. Especially with trouble brewing. The pair has some time to go before they can join the military but they figured that just meant time to train.

Jami still enjoyed spending time in the garden, it had become her peace in the house from the loud toddler. 

Leo started to spend a bit more time outside but he still wasn't the biggest fan and didn't understand how this brought his twin peace. 

Like Leo and Pam were close, Tyler and Jami had a very close relationship.

Heather was more of a carbon copy of her mother then anyone else but she was quite the funny toddler. 

Having such a busy year and with her age catching up with her, Pam set the kitchen on fire. Tyler picks up little Heather and runs out the house while Leo and Pam try to get the fire under control.
