 Welp somehow my rainbow catus neighborhood got deleted and I had to restart which isn't that bad. Every outcome is bound to be different with the method I use. Lets meet our family.  Welcome to the third round of my BaCC. We have low population and no new settlers in sight! ffs.  Well, I am sad asf. Everyone's favorite R ocky has passed on.
