 Welcome welcome! I am cranking these chapters out. It is just so much fun to play these characters

Lets meet the 5th family, The Duffy Family. It consist of a woman and her elderly mother. After Trinas last heart break she had enough. Her mother told her about her retiring to this island that was up and coming and she decided to move with her mom for a new beginning. 

"Mom when you told me you were moving to the middle of nowhere I didn't know you meant it literally!"

"Well now you know."

"Do they even have jobs here?"

"Of course! We aren't the first or only family around. Look on the computer to see if anything catches your interest."

Trina heads to the computer and doesn't see anything that catches her eye until she sees an opening for a daycare employee. 

"Did you find what you were looking for?"

"I actually did mom. I get to work with kids."

"Thats always nice sweetie. Well I need to head to the bar to see if the reno is done with."

"You opened ANOTHER bar mom?"

"Apparently."

Rina heads off before the welcome wagon stops by. The summers and their best friend Kathy. Trina goes out to greet them. She was thankful for sims around her age.

The Reno ends up being complete so she just goes and opens the business. While she does she meets so many locals. 

While at her karaoke bar Rina met a very nice young witch. That witch told her she had a friend she thought Rina would be interested in. Rina took up the offer to meet her.

The bar was doing great. Rina had a lot of customers that came in and out. She was concerned her ticket price would be too much but surprisingly not no one seemed to mind. 

Before she closed the bar she met a young woman, Katharine. She was concerned as to why this teen was out this late at night but she didn't say anything. Some things weren't her business. 

Wednesday came around and Rina was going on her second date with the witch. The first date was filled with butterflies and awkwardness.

Rina is really into her witch boo.

Really really into her. 

Back to the bar Rina goes. Marisa is an alcoholic just incase anyone was wondering. 

Back to my house and Trina comes home with a promotion!

Trina felt as though she rarely saw her mom as she was always at this bar but she came home with another promotion. 

She also met Rocky!

Meeting Rocky meant sooner then later she was going to meet her son. 

Trina and Carter hit it off perfectly. They have two bolts with one another and ACR took it from there. 

This was just too funny not to include.. Not him thinking her mom is hot. EW

At the bar Rina gets a good review and rank 3. Her business was doing excellent. 

Trina starts to feel sick the next day after that woohoo with Carter. A nooboo is on the way!

Trina is doing great in her career but with a nooboo on the way how will her career be affected?

I know we rarely see her mom but she is doing great. Her and the witch she is dating are doing great. They have become quite serious.

Trina gets her first pop and decides she should probably tell Carter he is no longer a bachelor. 

Rina invited over her witch boo and before she could even walk into the house she gets changed into a witch. Well alrighty then.

With her being a witch, in love, and the want to get married she pops the question. 

Rina briefly tells her daughter she is moving before she and witch boo are gone. Trina wasn't expecting that. 

Now with an empty house Trina invites over Carter to move in with her and the baby. 

I don't forsee 10 teens appearing before we get back to this household so most likely she will not get to keep her job. 

Carter comes home with another promotion. 

Pop number two. It's probably time to get these two married. 

With this the season rolls to Spring which means a new roll: Round 1 (Spring) - 30. Community time (Throw a party either at home or on a community lot)

 Something other then a job, bout time. 

I probably should have checked their relationship before I had Carter propose. Trina turns him down saying it was too soon

Thankfully they didn't let it stop their relationship.

They finally fall in love with each other so we will try that propose again soon.

With a new baby in the neighborhood Trina had a few of the other families stop by to congratulate her. 

Trina had wanted a fruit tree but the maintenance of the tree was left up to Carter.

Finally late Friday night/Saturday morning Trina goes into labor. 

They have a little girl name Bobbie Spring-Duffy. 

Carter decides to try again and this time it goes well!

Trina is chatting with Rocky about the new baby and Rocky says she will be over within the hour. 

She makes it in 30 minutes to help her soon to be daughter-in-law with her newborn.

Rocky instantly falls in love with little Bobbie but she wishes they named her something else. 

Trina complains to Rocky about having to quit work due to no one being able to help, Rocky lets her know she can watch her grandbaby during the week so she can continue to work. Trina is forever grateful. 

Its Sunday, the last day of their round. Trina throws a party and invites the Summer's and the Farmers. 

The party ends just as Carter is coming home. At least he was able to introduce himself to the Summer family. They were glad to see he wasn't fake after all. 

The round ends with Carter chatting on the phone with young Katharine. With his life being so busy he hasn't had the chance to check up on her and make sure she has everything she needs. 

Well this household was something, originally I was going to have this family adopt but I didn't expect Rina to fall for the witch or for Trina to get pregnant. Lets get to the stats.

We got to add +3 to our population this time and now we have 14 sims. We have one last family for round one before we move into round 2, we also will play Rina and her new boo at the end of round 2.
