D&D - Campaign 1 - 2.0

After a few days of rest time the girls sit down looking at a letter that was in the mail. 

Fea: Is anyone going to open it?

Rain: Nope.. I don't want another mission yet

Demom: I do! [opens the letter]

Please, I need help. Everyone in my village has been disappearing and no one knows where to. I fear I am next.

Fea: BORING. 

Demom: It could be fun. Sounds challenging.. 

Fea rolls her eyes and gets up from the table to get ready to go out. She knew if Demom found if 'fun' and 'challenging' Neix would be on board and that would get Rain on board. 

"Are you excited for this mission?"

"I actually am, hopefully we won't have to fight a vampire again. That was stressful enough."

As the girls talk, Fea leaves to take a midnight stroll. She really didn't want to do this mission but she was voted over. 

On her way back she came across a small dog that was all black in color and wouldn't stop following her. After a while she gave up and gave the dog attention. A few hours later and she was still giving the dog attention. She decides to adopt the dog, train it and bring it on missions. 

The next morning they set off to the small village. The minute they get into town they see a bunch of cats being crowded around by the townsfolk.. 

Fea: Oh great, it's a circus. 

Demom: Oh my god enough! We get it, you think this mission is dumb. 

The group hundles around and watches as two small cats face off. Demom and Neix get way into the fight while Rain crys. Fea, again, rolls her eyes and takes her dog into the garden to find out information. 

A man turns to Neix and gives him a firm handshake.

"Are you new in town?"

"I'm here for a few days."

"You couldn't have picked a worst time to come."

"Whys that?"

"You haven't heard?"

"No...."

"Well in that case, WELCOME TO DAMNDUM. I'm mayor Lillard. 

"Uh..."

Rain wasn't have much luck either. Everyone was so hush hush she couldn't get anything. 

"What do you mean you never heard of the disappearances!? It's literally big news as your village went from 1k people to 500...."

"I don't know what you mean dear.. It has always been this many people.."

Frustrated Rain storms off to find Fea. Maybe she was having more luck.. At the least she owed her an apology.
