Kingdom Come Redux - Bond

 

We have a few days before the challenge starts and all the sims are moving, unpacking, and preparing for their new lives. We check in with the Bond family first. 

A sturdy apartment has been put up in our new town and Cheyenne + Channing are first to it. 

They don't waste any time getting down and dirty though. I also hear a baby jingle which is just fantastic. 

Channing gets a job as a coal miner, not the best paying job but the name of the game is not to acquire the most money but to be the most liked. 

"Im out here doing 'a womans work' figuring out how to cook, cleaning, the works! This. Is. Awful."

Our resident celeb is having a hard time adjusting to her role. 

Channing needs skills and friends for his job and as of now he has ONE friend.. So yeah, good luck with that promotion tomorrow. 

My simself couldn't be more me if she tried. She gets tired of reading the cookbook and pops a pizza in the oven. Fair is Fair. 

"Yeah so I got intel from the watcher herself.. We pregnant."

"Ho-How do you know for sure though?"

"I just told you.. The Watcher Herself. "

Body is always my least favorite to get because it drains the hygiene so fast so we go for those 3 body skill points first. 

It is Cheyenne's turn to make some 'friends' she doesn't do any better then her husband but she actually tries.

Being social tired her out though and she heads to the hammock for a nap. 

The season switches over just as Channing is heading off to work in a SUIT? What is the point in that? What can he gain from being in a suit ina coal mine? Idiot.
