Kingdom Come - Year 500 - Part 5

Katelyn often cried to speak to her daughter. Malina missed her mom so much but this was her life now. 

"How does your fathers mistress treat you my sweet girl?"

"She's really nice mama. She makes me cookies whenever I ask. She is also really funny."
"Good, as long as she is nice to you."

Vyn smiles at the comments Malina makes about her. The smile doesn't last long as she runs to the bathroom to throw up for the third time today. Something is wrong for sure though Vyn isn't sure what. 

Thorny comes home with all the kids often. Her father wanted to know as much as possible about the families. She feels a little bad about it since the families are always so nice but her loyalty is to her tribe above all. 

Vyn quickly finds out why she is so sick. She is pregnant. 

She runs to tell Grant about it and his solution is to propose. Vyn rejects him saying it was too soon.

Grant was able to convince her that a marriage is the smartest option to avoid having a bastard. 

They have a quick midnight wedding to lock it in place. 

The night after the wedding Katelyn comes by to check on her daughter but before she could even so much as hug her daughter she is attacked by Grant. Katelyn limps away back to the whore house with more then just a bruised ego.
